I am surprised I have never heard of this before last month. There is a lot we can add in here. Do you know of any of our regular students that are going for this test?

What are the differences between TOEFL and IELTS ?
Like IELTS means "International English Language Testing System" and consequently TOEFL means "Test of English as a Foreign Language", but what they mean in fact ?

Both exams are accepted as meeting the entry requirements for academic settings. However, in some cases the IELTS is requested for visa purposes to Canadian or Australian immigration.

If this is not the case, you have even more to choose from and may want to review this guide to choosing an Engish test before you decide on the IELTS or TOEFL.

That is true about many certifications. Just because one has a certification does not mean one is capable. However, as long as people require the certification, it is important to have.
