I used to swim after work because it´s so relaxing and good for you back, but for me it´s a little boring so nowadays I prefer to do a class of aerobic or body-sculpt and have fun with my gym friend's.

Are used to go swimming a lot after work. I don't swim so much anymore. However, I should go swimming because my backs a little sore. Maybe you can go swimming with me sometime Susan. When you come up next bring your bathing suit.

Yes, when I was working in a bank I finished work at 3 pm so I used to eat a banana, you know it good for the potassium and you have less cramps, and then I used to go swimming everyday.... ;) but another things that are so good for your back is to do a lot of stretching, so you can try with this too ;)

You are the one that must be kidding, I couldn't get you to go anywhere this summer. You were always working.

Fendy, how often do you swim?

I wish I could swim every day.
